item was far from high quality as stated, wireless charging does not work with case on the phone, USB port way to hard to push in, USB-C same story, found myself using way to much force to plug in, I've got returns from customers already waste of money would not use same supplier in future.

This is best quality power bank with strong magnet and i have tried with my phone with phone case on the exact same power banks and no problems with the wireless charging . For the usb port, i have personally tried it, it's very easy to plug in and out. we have tested it twice before shipping and we have 12 months quality guarantee. if you have any problems with our products, please let me know and we will fix the problem all the time !
